    Think about that w/ losing weight? We THINK about it, we OBSESS over it yet we don’t DO what it takes to solve it. When I polled my then 14 million readers at eDiets.com and asked “How long have you been ON a diet”, the average answer out of 3 million responses: 20 years!!!!!! Imagine yourself, have you been what seems like “ON” a diet for most of your life?

    If your car’s muffler was dragging around, it wouldn’t take you 20 years to pull into one of those places to fix it, would it? Well, maybe you keep pulling into places to fix your weight but they are putting a bandaid on it rather than healing the wound causing it? Make sense? Short term fixes usually are just that, short term, then soon after we are left dealing w/ it again.
