Hold your fist up to your heart right now. Your heart is about the same size as your fist. If your body is overweight, ask yourself HOW much longer do you think it can continue to be overworked. We get oil changes every so many miles without thinking twice, breakpads when we need them, but our heart and obesity’s connection to it sort of goes unchecked until often it’s too late.
