    be happy

“You may have been conditioned to believe that you’re inadequate or limited, so the only way to challenge that type of absurd thinking is to go toward what you know you’re here for and let success chase after YOU.”
    –Wayne Dyer

Especially for those of us with weight issues, self-esteem plays a huge role in our belief in our ability to succeed at whatever endeavor lays ahead of us. Too often we allow our excess girth to inhibit us, to make us shy away from realizing our true potential and our ultimate dreams and goals.

I assure you that 17 years ago when I was morbidly obese I did NOT visualize my life and my career being where it is today. I did not become confident after I lost my weight, I became confident and then lost my weight! One of the central themes in my Vice Busting Diet is that you must realize your self worth has NOTHING to do with the condition of your body, now or at any weight! To think yourself inadequate based on weight is as cruel and wrong as thinking that about anyone with any physical condition or “handicap”.

People with tougher challenges than changing how they eat and exercise have overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles because they BELIEVE in their ability to do so!

Believe that you can and will realize your dreams and goals…and you will!
